Welcome to Archeway! Our platform helps students and professionals track internship and job applications with ease. Say goodbye to messy spreadsheets and hello to organized, insightful application management.

Click on "Applications" in your dashboard or main navigation menu.
Look for the prominent blue button to start adding your application.
Complete the application form with:
Choose the current status (Applied, In Review, Interview Scheduled, etc.)
Tag your application with relevant categories like "Remote", "Startup", "Fortune 500", etc.
To modify an existing application:
Select multiple applications and update their status simultaneously.
Apply tags to multiple applications at once for better organization.
Caution: Deleting an application is permanent and cannot be undone. Consider archiving instead if you want to keep the data for reference.

Create your own tags to categorize applications by:

Go to Settings > Tags to rename, merge, or delete existing tags.
Customize tag colors to create visual organization systems that work for you.
Use the search bar to quickly find applications by:
Filter applications by their current status to focus on specific stages.
View applications from specific time periods or upcoming deadlines.
Show only applications with specific tags or tag combinations.
Using Filters
Your analytics dashboard provides insights into your application progress:
Identify which types of applications, companies, or approaches yield the best results.
See how long different stages take and optimize your application timeline.
Set monthly application goals and track your progress toward achieving them.
Export your applications data in CSV format for use in Excel or other spreadsheet applications.
Best for: Data analysis, backup, importing to other tools
Generate a formatted PDF report of your applications and progress analytics.
Best for: Sharing with career counselors, portfolio documentation
How to Export
Recommendation: Export your data regularly as a backup. We recommend monthly exports to ensure you never lose your application history.
Updating Your Profile
Deleting your account is a permanent action that cannot be undone. All of your data will be permanently removed from our servers.
Download a backup of your applications and progress data before deletion.
You can deactivate your account temporarily if you just need a break.
Reach out if you're having issues - we might be able to help without deletion.
How to Delete Your Account
Grace Period: You have until the first of the next month to change your mind. Contact support within this window to restore your account.
If your account is locked due to multiple failed login attempts, wait 15 minutes before trying again or contact support.

Make sure you've added deadlines and interview dates to your applications. Calendar events are automatically generated from application data.
Select multiple applications using the checkboxes, then use the "Bulk Actions" dropdown to update statuses, add tags, or perform other operations.
Currently we do not support data imports, but we are working on this feature for the future.
Check your notification preferences in Settings and ensure our emails aren't going to your spam folder. Add archeway.net to your email whitelist.
Export your data as a PDF report or CSV file, or use the share feature to generate a temporary view-only link to your dashboard.
